The Walter H. Escue Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students concentrating studies in Technical Services, Systems Administration, or Library Automation. They must have attained at least a B average during the last two years of a baccalaureate degree program. They must also have been accepted as a graduate student at a Texas ALA-accredited, or Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) library education program.
