1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
To honor Richard's memory and to keep alive his splendid example of service, the Richard E. Whitted scholarship was created to award a college-bound member of the senior class of each of the Orange County and Chapel Hill-Carrboro City schools who has shown outstanding academic achievement and public service. This scholarship is restricted to seniors at Orange County and Chapel Hill-Carrboro City schools. Applicants must plan to attend a 4-year public or private college or university.
