1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Ladies Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association (LA FRA) also sponsors an annual scholarship program with the Fleet Reserve Association Education Foundation. Students may apply for LA FRA Member Scholarships if the applicant or sponsor is a member in good standing of the LA FRA or FRA, currently or at time of death. The applicant must be a LA FRA or FRA member; spouse; dependent biological, step, or adoptive child; or biological, step, or adoptive grandchild; or biological, step or adoptive great grandchild of the LA FRA or FRA member. Applicants must be attending an institution located in the U.S. and not have received or will not be receiving scholarships, awards, or grants that fully pay tuition for the fall 2024 semester. Students may provide their SAT/ACT scores, if applicable. On a separate sheet of paper, applicants must list their extracurricular school and community activities, and awards. If they have no extracurricular activities or awards, they must insert a page stating that. All applicants must submit two recommendations, one academic and one community.
