The Orel and Marie Winjum Memorial Scholarship was created to assist with college tuition costs for students of Norwegian and/or German heritage. There is no SON membership requirement. This scholarship may be used for any field of study. This scholarship will be awarded for one year. Two letters of recommendation that address the applicant's character and abilities must be submitted. One letter must address the influence the applicant's Norwegian and/or German heritage has had on their life.
