1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Lund Fund Scholarship may be used to fund a student's study abroad experiences through accredited, post high school, educational institutions. No preference shall be given based on the country selected for the study abroad experience. Special consideration shall be given to military veterans. Students must have applied or enrolled in a recognized educational institution abroad or a study abroad program facilitated by an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants must be current members of Sons of Norway or children or grandchildren of a current member with membership in effect at least one calendar year prior to application. If applying under a parent or grandparent, must be under the age of 26. Students can demonstrate a keen interest in a post high school study abroad experience. This scholarship will be awarded for one year. Two letters of recommendation that address the applicant's character and abilities must be submitted.
