1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The District 4 Scholarship is endowed and funded through the generosity of Sons of Norway District IV to support members of the District in their educational or training endeavors. This scholarship may be used for study in any field in the United States, Canada, or Norway. Applicants must be current members of Sons of Norway District IV with membership in effect at least one calendar year prior to application. This scholarship will be awarded for one year. Three letters of recommendation that address the applicant's character and abilities must be submitted. One must be from a leader from the applicant's Sons of Norway lodge; one from a member of the applicant's school personnel District IV Scholarship; and one from a member of the applicant's community.
