ITW Food Equipment Group/Vulcan and Hobart Brands have teamed up to help SNF provide more equipment to SNA members. Hobart Equipment Grant will award one school district up to $35,000 worth of Hobart equipment. Once awarded, the recipient will work with an ITW/FEG representative to determine what best suits their school district's needs. Applicants must be current director-level members of the School Nutrition Association (SNA) as of January 1, 2023. Members that joined after the stated deadline will not be eligible. Applications must represent the entire school district's equipment needs. Applications will be reviewed for need, plan to integrate new equipment, and impact of new equipment on the school's nutrition program. If selected as a finalist, applicants will be asked to create a 2- to 3-minute video. Instructions for the video application process will be sent to the applicant if they are chosen to move on to the next round of judging. Please visit the award's website for more information.
