The VADM Jon L. Boyes Scholarship will be awarded annually to a deserving Navy ROTC midshipman. The scholarship has been endowed in perpetuity through the generosity of AFCEA International. Applicants must submit a transcript which may be an official copy issued by the school Registrar's Office or an unofficial copy verified by the applicant's ROTC unit. One letter of recommendation from the faculty in the student's major of study is required. A letter of nomination from the student's ROTC unit professor of military science, professor of naval science, professor of aerospace studies or designated commanding officer must also be submitted.
