1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Naomi Mildred Nicoll Scholarship will be awarded to daughters of single, working mothers, exhibiting financial need. Applicants must live in Litchfield, Warren, Morris or Goshen and must be a graduate of Litchfield or Wamogo High School. Intellectual curiosity and community service are favoured.
