1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Louis, Mary, Rose and Dr. William Finkelstein Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of a Waterbury public high school (Crosby, Wilby, Kennedy, Arts Magnet School, or Career Academy), who are residing in Waterbury, and have maintained an academic average of 85 or better.
