1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Marcia H. Randall Scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in arts or music interests. Applicants must be graduates of Corbett High School or GED recipients and home-schooled graduates who currently reside in Corbett, OR.
