The Clarlisa Branch Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Parkrose High School who will major in communications-related fields. Financial need may or may not be considered, but FAFSA filing is still required. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
