1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Karen Kazen Neal Scholarship will be awarded to students who attended a Portland public elementary school or Wallowa High School. Applicants must pursue a career in K-12 teaching. Preference will be given to applicants who will enroll as college sophomores or above for fall term or semester. Students may apply-compete for one additional year.
