The Richard & Joan Miller Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Leodis V. McDaniel High School (formerly Madison High School). High school senior applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher; and college student applicants must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher. Students may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
