1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Lillian McKelvey Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Burns or Crane Union High School or residents of Grant or Harney County. Applicants must be enrolling in a nursing program, second year or higher. Financial need may or may not be considered, so filing of FAFSA is still recommended.
