The Lillian McKelvey Memorial Scholarship may be awarded to graduates of Burns or Crane Union High School or residents of Grant or Harney County. Applicants must be those enrolling in second year or higher for nursing. Financial need may or may not be considered, so filing of FAFSA is recommended. Students may apply-compete for one additional year. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
