1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Madison Charitable Fund Scholarship is available to graduates of Elkton, North Douglas, Oakland, or Yoncalla High Schools, with preference given to Elkton High School graduates. Applicants must enroll full-time at an Oregon college and meet minimum GPA requirements - 3.00 for high school seniors and 2.50 for college students. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Oregon residents and non-residents who list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA will have records automatically received by OSAC; others must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary. Prior recipients may reapply and compete annually. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
