1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Madison Charitable Fund will be awarded to graduates of Elkton, North Douglas, Oakland, or Yoncalla High School. Preference will be given to graduates of Elkton High School. High school seniors must have a 3.00 GPA or higher; college students must have a 2.50 GPA or higher. Students may apply-compete annually. OSAC will automatically receive your FAFSA record if you are an Oregon resident or a non-Oregon resident with at least one Oregon institution selected on the FAFSA.
