The Kevin MacMillan Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Grant High School, Portland. Financial need is not a requirement, but it will be considered; FAFSA filing is required. OSAC will automatically receive your FAFSA record if you are an Oregon resident or a non-Oregon resident with at least one Oregon institution selected on the FAFSA.
