Applicants must enroll at least half-time at a Title IV eligible institution in the U.S., including for-profit and nonprofit vocational or trade schools, two-year colleges, or four-year universities. Preference is given to students pursuing associate-level study related to construction or the skilled trades. While financial need is not required, it will be considered; FAFSA filing is recommended. Prior recipients may reapply and compete for one additional year. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
