The Herbert M. Kuempel Scholarship is a one-time award available to Oregon residents who are graduating high school seniors, prior graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), or current undergraduate college students. Applicants must plan to attend an Oregon private nonprofit institution and demonstrate financial need through completion of the FAFSA. Preference is given to older, nontraditional students and those who are the first in their families to attend college. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
