1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Kids' Chance of Oregon Scholarship will be awarded to the children of an Oregon worker who has incurred permanent total disability (PTD) or died as a result of work related injuries or occupational diseases. Oregon residency is not required. Non-Oregon residents must submit only the first page of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA). Financial need may or may not be considered, but filing of FAFSA is still required. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 7 years. Applicants must submit the OWC Claim Information. They must provide the name of the injured or deceased parent or guardian; the date of injury; and the Oregon Workers' Compensation Claim Number.
