1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Fred and Mabel Johnson Scholarship is a one-time award for graduating seniors of Joseph High School. If no applicants are received from Joseph High School, eligibility may be extended to include graduating seniors from any high school in Wallowa County. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.50, demonstrate financial need through a required FAFSA submission, and be enrolled full-time in college. OSAC automatically receives FAFSA records for Oregon residents or non-Oregon residents listing at least one Oregon institution on their FAFSA. Others must upload the first two pages of their FAFSA Submission Summary for financial need consideration. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
