The Peter and Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Veterinary Medicine will be awarded to Veterinary Medicine students. Preference will be given to students at the Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered, so filing of FAFSA is still required. This scholarship is automatically renewable for four years if renewal criteria are met; new awards may be made only if funds are available.
