The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Veterinary Medicine is available to Oregon residents pursuing full-time study in Veterinary Medicine, with preference given to students attending Oregon State University's Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required, and while financial need is not mandatory, it may be considered. The scholarship is automatically renewable for up to four years for recipients who meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
