The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Hood River Valley High School will be awarded to graduates of Hood River Valley High School. Applicants must be Business or Education majors. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered, so filing of FAFSA is still required. This scholarship is automatically renewable upon completion of the annual renewal application and may be received for a maximum of four years.
