The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Hood River Valley High School is available to Oregon residents who are graduates of Hood River Valley High School and plan to pursue full-time undergraduate study in Business or Education. Eligible applicants must attend a Title IV eligible college, university, or trade school in Oregon, with preference given to those enrolling at Eastern Oregon University. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required, and while financial need is not mandatory, it may be considered. The scholarship is automatically renewable for up to four years with completion of the annual renewal application. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
