1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Gregory M. Ahlijian Scholarship will be awarded to applicants (including GED recipients) who have received treatment at Jasper Mountain in Jasper, Oregon, or other residential treatment at an institution in Oregon designed to address the effects of childhood abuse or neglect, or foster care in Oregon. First-time applicants must have graduated high school or obtained a GED certificate no more than five years prior to submitting the initial application and must be no more than 25 years of age as of the application deadline.
