The Toni Berke Foster Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, and prior recipients who are enrolled in undergraduate programs. Applicants must have attended a school in Camp Sherman, Oregon. Students may attend any public or private, nonprofit or for-profit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. Enrollment must be at least half-time (6 credits) for undergraduate study. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
