The Rollin and James Evans Memorial Scholarship is for graduates of Junction City High School. Preference is given to students majoring in agriculture, education, forestry, public safety, or related fields. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
