1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Eugene Rotary Foundation Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of high schools in Eugene or Springfield. Semifinalists will be interviewed by a donor group in Eugene. Rotarians or relatives by blood or marriage are not eligible. Awardees must give Permission for the Eugene Rotary Foundation to issue a publicity release about their selection as an Eugene Rotary Foundation Scholarship recipient.
