The Michael Mooser Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Elmira High School who have completed at least 10 hours of community service during high school. Eligible applicants must enroll full-time in undergraduate study at any accredited Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States, including public, private, nonprofit, for-profit, or vocational/trade schools. Financial need is a consideration, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship is automatically renewable for one additional year for recipients who meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
