The Marjorie J. Reed "Best Friend" Scholarship will be awarded to graduates (including GED recipients from Winston) of Douglas High School (Winston, OR) who have not yet attended college. Students may attend any 1, 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit or for-profit, or accredited vocational/trade, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
