The John and Alice Dillard Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Tillamook County high schools located in the present boundaries of Neah-Kah-Nie School District No. 56. Financial need may or may not be considered, so filing of FAFSA/ORSAA is recommended. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
