1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Richard and Helen Cowan Scholarship will be awarded to graduates (within the last 2 years) of Burns or Crane Union High School. Applicants must have attended either school one or more years and have not yet attended college. Applicants and parents must be Harney County residents.
