1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Betty Campbell & Jeanette M. Crawley Scholarship will be awarded to students who have attended Boise-Eliot/Humboldt Elementary School for 3 or more years. Applicants must attend Oregon Title IV institutions or HBCU Institutions. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Applicants must submit information about their attendance at Boise-Eliot, such as dates attended, which grades they were in, the name of at least one of their teachers there, and their name while attending that school if different from the name they use now. Non-Oregon residents may apply, but they must include in their application the first page of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA).
