The Edward R. Hall Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Astoria High School. Eligible students may attend any public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. Financial need is a consideration for this scholarship, and filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
