The Ashland High School - Russ and Rose Otte Choir Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Ashland High School. Preference will be given to students who plan to pursue a career in musical education or performance; students who plan to participate in choir in college; or students who participated in choir, band, or orchestra activities in high school. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
