The Albert and Catherine Vieira Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award for members aged 21 to 39 who are in good standing with the Luso-American Fraternal, having held both membership and policyholder status for at least two years. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and may not be direct descendants of the donor. This scholarship supports individuals seeking financial assistance either to continue college or university studies for a career change, or to pursue training at a trade school, business school, vocational program, or specialty job training institution. While applicants may apply for multiple scholarships, only one will be awarded.
