The Frank Dias Memorial Scholarship is for an active youth member in a Youth Council. Applicants must be a resident of Northern California. Applicants must not be a direct descendant of the donor. Applicants must be currently a high school graduating senior. They must be a member of the Luso-American Fraternal and policy holder in good standing for a minimum of 2 years. Applications may be submitted online, through mail, or in person. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
