The Ryan "Munchie" Taylor Memorial Scholarship is for students who must have held a local or State Youth Officer position and performed in the Youth Theatrical Program. Applicants must be a member of Youth Council #24 Northern San Joaquin. Applicants must not be a direct descendant of the donor. Applicants must be currently a high school graduating senior. They must be a member of the Luso-American Fraternal and policy holder in good standing for a minimum of 2 years. Applications may be submitted online, through mail, or in person.
