DBE will award four $1,000, or eight $500 scholarships annually. Recipients will be from each of the four DBE geographic Districts (Eastern, Western, Midwest, and Southern). Applicants must be residents of the USA with Commonwealth of Nations ancestry. Applicants must be a student at an accredited two or four-year college or university. Students in the second semester of the Freshman year are eligible to apply. Applicants cannot be a State, Chapter, or Member-at-Large member of DBE.
