1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
DBE will award four $1,000, or eight $500 Sarah Josephine Langstaff Memorial Scholarships annually. Recipients will be from each of the four DBE geographic Districts (Eastern, Western, Midwest, and Southern). Applicants must be a student at an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Students in the second semester of the Freshman year are eligible to apply. Applicants must be a resident of the USA with British or Commonwealth of Nations member ancestry. Applicants cannot be a State, Chapter, or Member-at-Large member of DBE. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation, one must be professional the other can be personal.
