The Keith Foster Engineering Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson County high schools. Applicants must major in engineering, preference will be given to industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. Semi-finalists will be asked to present an original solution to an engineering problem and to be available to meet for a personal interview.
