1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The John Lamar Cooper Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Hood River County accredited high schools. High school seniors must have a 3.00 GPA or higher; college students must have a 2.50 GPA or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
