1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Harris and Myrtle Dalbec Scholarship supports male graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, from high schools located in Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, or Lake counties. Applicants must demonstrate financial need via the FAFSA and be enrolled at least half time. The scholarship is automatically renewable for recipients who meet renewal criteria. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to ensure eligibility based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
