1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Harold and Wilma Haller Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wallowa County high schools who have not yet attended college. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible for this scholarship.
