The Gladys and Forrest Cooper Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Lake County high schools. The scholarship must be used in the pursuit of a fifth year of undergraduate study for five-year programs or for a graduate degree. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 3 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
