1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The George A. Russill Community Fund will be awarded to students who will enroll for fall term or semester as a sophomore at a community college or as a junior or senior at a four-year institution. Eligible majors are City/Urban, Community, Regional Planning, Urban Education and Leadership, Community Organization and Advocacy, Public Administration, Public Policy Analysis, Political Science and Government, Urban Studies/Affairs, Legal Studies (undergraduate), or Public/Applied History.
