1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Franks Foundation Scholarship will be awarded to students who must qualify according to one of these preferences in the following order: (1) Residents of Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson County; (2) Residents of Grant, Harney, Klamath, or Lake County. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.50 or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
