1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The E. T. D. Jones Scholarship will be awarded to students who are residents of eligible counties in Oregon. Students must qualify according to one of these preferences in the following order: (1) Immigrants, or children of immigrants, from underdeveloped countries or the former Soviet Union; (2) Students who have completed the Portland House of Umoja program; (3) Graduates of any high school in one of the following counties: Clackamas, Lincoln, Multnomah, or Washington County. This scholarship is automatically renewable for four years if renewal criteria are met. If the applicant qualifies in of the preferences, they must specify what preference it is.
