The Elvira Behrens Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors, including GED recipients, of Deschutes or Jefferson county high schools. Applicants must also be residents of Deschutes and Jefferson counties, including the Warms Spring Reservation. Applicants may have a GPA of 3.25 or less. Eligible majors are business, engineering, health sciences, mathematics, science, technology, and career and technical education.
