1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Doris J. Wipper Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Linn, Marion, or Polk County high schools. Preference will be given to Regis, Santiam, and Stayton High School. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. The scholarship may be automatically renewed with completion of the annual renewal application and may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
