The Doris J. Wipper Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from high schools in Linn, Marion, or Polk counties, with preference given to students from Regis, Santiam, and Stayton High Schools. Eligible students may attend any 2- or 4-year public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
