1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Don and Rosemary Pullin Family Scholarship may be awarded to graduates of Multnomah or Washington County public high schools; or residents of Washington or Multnomah counties who have earned their GED. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher, but preference will be given to students with a 3.20-3.70 GPA. Preference will also be given to first-generation citizens who were born in the U.S., and first-generation college attendees. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
