1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The CSM James Dale Branner Faith Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors of Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties with a preference for De La Salle North Catholic, Grant (Portland), or Parkrose High Schools. Preference will also be given to applicants from diverse environments. Preference will also be given to residents of Multnomah, Washington or Clackamas County. Preference will be given to students with a 3.20 GPA or higher. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is still required.
